White 6x18 tiles in bright white with a platinum grout. Gorgeous niche with tiles that look like an aerial view of the arctic. Schluter "Rondec" finished edges for the niche and window. Grey 12" bullnose tiles for a perfectly finished look. Picture framed backsplash for the stove and a matching backsplash for the sink in this picturesque country kitchen with Black Walnut butcherblock countertops.!
A current project finishing a stone patio and walkway. Soon to be grouted in for a very solid feel. "Big red" inspector checking our work for flat. No finished pictures yet because we're not finished!
A raised floor frame for a geodesic dome.
For this spa like bathroom remodel. We switched the locations of the toilet and bathtub to accommodate a jacuzzi tub and have a more usable space. Floor to ceiling tile. Huge new bay window. New plumbing and electrical throughout the entire home. Removed the old water heater from the main bedroom closet and replaced with a new on demand in the laundry room with a new sub panel. Replaced the old cast iron sewer line with new ABS. Repaired some dry rot in the floor and walls. Custom cabinets. The shower curtain lowers from the ceiling. She started this remodel request with "I'm not sure if this can be done....but..."
Tiny bathroom turned huge. We moved the tub/shower from the corner with the cabinet and sink to the closet of the former second bedroom turned office. The walkway between the toilet / sink area and the new shower used to be the hallway to the second bedroom. We removed all the cast iron waste lines replaced with ABS and replumbed the entire home with PEX. We finished the sink with a granite counter top and an inlay to match the shower.
The dogs had been given free reign on this deck for far too long. I removed most of the deck without tools! We replaced all the framing underneath as well as the deck boards and hand rail. Stained and sealed every part of this Red Cedar deck. This deck is 6 years old and looks as stunning as it did the day we finished it!
